As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM Talent, you will lead the implementation of business processes within various modules. Your expertise in business processes and systems will enable you to design, configure, and customize the product to meet client needs.

• Business Process Implementation Experience: Experience with implementing business processes within cloud-based HCM systems, specifically in modules such as Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn.
• System Configuration and Design Expertise: Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing packaged solutions, including creating functional designs and prototypes to meet client requirements.
• Application Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with conducting thorough application testing to ensure products meet client needs and identifying areas for improvement.
• Oracle HCM Best Practices Knowledge: Experience with Oracle HCM best practices, including identifying opportunities for additional services and providing engagement managers with status reports.
• Product Skill Sharing and Collaboration: Experience participating in training and other events to share product skills with fellow practitioners, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Packaged Solutions: Experience with packaged solutions, including designing, configuring, and customizing to meet client requirements, is beneficial for this role.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen is preferred, enabling the ability to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend leading practice solutions to enhance process efficiencies.
• Consulting Skills: Strong consulting skills are advantageous, allowing for effective communication with clients, identification of opportunities for additional services, and provision of engagement managers with status reports.
