Operations Engineer
As an Operations Engineer within the Operations Command Center (OCC), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our operational infrastructure. This role combines technical execution with strategic problem management—automating manual processes, streamlining workflows, and proactively identifying and resolving systemic issues before they impact customers. You will also help identify and implement AI technologies that enhance operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and improve issue detection and resolution. Your work will directly influence operational resilience, reduce incident recurrence, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $93,000-98,000/yr not including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
