As a Medical Assembler, you'll work in a clean room environment assisting the Research and Development team, Technicians, and the Engineers with assembling high-quality French catheters using precision tools and detailed processes. If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and being part of a team that values quality and growth, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Assemble medical catheters using small hand tools, tweezers, and microscopes
• Perform detailed tasks such as stringing, reflow, braiding, stretching, and pulling
• Complete visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products for final release
• Learn and rotate across multiple product lines (up to 17 assembly stages)

What We're Looking For

• 6 months – 1 year of medical assembly experience (catheter experience preferred)
• Comfortable working with small, detailed components
• Experience using hand tools, tweezers, cutters, or pliers
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
