Material Handler

What You'll Do

You'll rotate through multiple departments, gaining experience across the warehouse while keeping materials flowing efficiently. Your day may include:

• Picking and packing orders using pick sheets
• Using an RF scanner to track and manage inventory
• Building pallets and breaking down boxes
• Operating pallet jacks throughout the facility
• Driving reach trucks, stand-ups, sit-downs, and tuggers
• Loading and unloading trucks by lift or by hand
• Supporting shipping & receiving using ERP systems (Epicor) and managing dock-door activity

This is a role for someone who likes variety, teamwork, and staying busy.

What You Bring

• Flexibility to work in different departments each day
• Previous warehouse experience
• 1+ year of forklift experience preferred
• Ability to cross-train with production
• Basic computer skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elk River, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
