As part of the Health Pharma & Life Sciences (PLS) R&D Managed Services team you will define innovative offerings and enhance established services while driving the growth of junior resources and teams. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, securing the delivery of exceptional quality to our clients. Responsibilities

- Enhance existing services to deliver remarkable client satisfaction

- Mentor and develop junior team members to build future leaders

- Oversee project delivery, maintaining exceptional standards of quality

- Work with teams to foster a dynamic and supportive work environment

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 10 years of experience in clinical operations and R&D transformation

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred

- Demonstrating executive-level leadership in Clinical Operations and R&D

- Leading complex engagements and managing client relationships

- Ideating and developing innovative offerings and solutions

- Advancing cycle time, cost, and quality objectives

- Contributing to business development and proposal efforts

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
