Proven expertise in Amazon Lex and at least one other conversational AI platform. Hands-on experience building generative AI chatbots using LLMs. Strong proficiency in Python and full-stack development principles. Experience implementing multi-modal AI (voice + text) and speech-to-text technologies. Familiarity with analytics tools for chatbot performance tracking.
