We're currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Live-In Direct Support Professional to support an individual in their home. Pay & Schedule Live-In Support (10pm-6am)

• Average monthly rent and meal reimbursement of $1,380/month
• Private lower-level living space included:
  • Bedroom
  • Bathroom
  • Mini kitchen
  • Family room
• This role includes overnight live-in support, with onsite presence required from 10:00pm-6:00am

Direct Care Hours

• Daily support: 6am–8am
• Paid at $20.00/hour

Optional Additional Hours

• Every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 8am–10pm
• Paid at $20.00/hour

What You'll Do: As a DSP, you'll support an individual with daily living and community involvement while helping create a safe, engaging, and positive environment. You May:

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support participation in community activities, sports, and appointments
• Help with transportation, errands, and shopping
• Offer companionship, encouragement, and supervision
• Provide person-centered support tailored to individual needs
• Assist with daily living activities, routines, and skill-building
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the support team

• Compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with family members and caregivers
• Good sense of humor and willingness to learn
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required
• Ability to pass a DHS background check
