International Sales Representative – ATS International (ATSI)

In This Role, You'll…

  • Own a territory/region and build a strong pipeline—prospect using databases and social selling tools to convert new, inactive, and existing clients.
  • Respond to RFPs and bids with speed and precision; present quotes/indications professionally and gather timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with pricing/planning—assemble customer scope of work requirements and help develop operational plans that deliver.
  • Serve as the client's advocate and liaison across the ATS organization to ensure service excellence and alignment.
  • Monitor and manage shipments—enter quotes, bookings, and loads in the LME operating system; track progress and communicate delivery status.
  • Resolve service exceptions quickly and professionally to protect customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate account intelligence—keep files current and leverage our CRMs (TRAX & CIMS) as the single source of truth.
  • Report on productivity and forecast revenue, contributing to ATSI's overall commercial budget.
  • Support credit and collections activities as needed to keep accounts in good standing.
  • Live the ATS iDrive values in every interaction—internally and with customers.

Must Haves for Success

  • Sales Drive & Resilience: Hard-working, persistent, and motivated by results; able to overcome objections and bounce back from setbacks.
  • B2B Sales Foundation: 1+ year(s) of B2B sales experience preferred; transportation/logistics experience a plus.
  • Customer Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills; persuasive and relationship-oriented.
  • Problem Solving & Judgement: Strong analytical thinking with solid decision-making, negotiations, and customer service skills.
  • Organization & Follow-Through: Detail-oriented, highly organized, strong time management; able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Tech-Forward: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable with CRM tools and online platforms.
  • Operational Savvy: General geography knowledge and basic map-reading; experience with LME, TRAX & CIMS a plus (we'll train).
  • Adaptability: Composed and positive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; able to work with limited supervision.
  • Education: Two- or four-year degree preferred, not required.
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel as needed, including occasional overnights.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total cash compensation range of this position is $55,500 to $150,000+ including a base salary range of $48,000 to $70,000 plus an initial 12-month minimum training incentive of $7,500 the first year. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
