Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) is seeking a dynamic Internal Communications and Employee Support leader to tell the CPS story to our internal partners and employees. The ideal candidate has a passion for weaving compelling and engaging stories that inspire action. The role will help CPS teammates and internal partners understand the business line's vision, goals, successes and value delivered. The goal of this role is to build a strong culture of collaboration to create experiences that engage, connect and inspire the community of CPS employees and our key stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Own and deliver an integrated internal communications strategy that builds clarity, trust, and engagement across our key stakeholders and our employees
Reinforce why CPS is a valued partner across the organization and celebrate successes
Drive compelling, proactive storytelling that connects company strategy, customer insights, product progress and culture
Lead internal communications for CPS across multiple channels and events, to drive engagement and show how our employees make a difference in the organization and for our clients
Partner with the external communications team to ensure alignment of messaging and coordination of efforts
Work with the Payments Employee Engagement team to connect enterprise messaging and activities with our CPS employees
Establish strong operating rhythms, measurement, and feedback loops to continuously improve understanding and engagement with messaging
Lead a small team of business support specialists who manage the onsite operations for three key CPS sites through activities such as ordering supplies, managing access, supporting facilities issues and providing general employee support.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of experience in relevant activities
Two or more years of managerial experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
10-15 years of experience in internal communications, HR/employee communications, corporate communications, or related fields
Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-building skills
Strong executive presence and experience partnering directly with senior leaders
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and ability to connect communications to company priorities
Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments
Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
