Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Do

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by using your product knowledge to meet sales goals while providing exceptional service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical details, pricing, delivery, and order status.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Management to identify and execute strategies for new and existing business opportunities.
  • Partner with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts to support ongoing sales initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and profit margin targets.
  • Resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally and collaboratively.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in distribution, sales, or customer service role.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional tone and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $50,000-$67,275
  • Annual Total Compensation Range (Base + Incentive): $76,924-$103,500
  • The typical compensation structure includes a base salary representing approximately 65% of the total target income and a monthly incentive opportunity representing about 35% of the total target income. If you are hired into an entry level position, that structure will be with higher base pay moving towards an incentive structure. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Final details will be confirmed at the time of offer.
