Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN Pay: $25-$35/hour (based on experience) Duration: Through March (potential to extend or convert) About the Role: We're looking for a high-energy inside sales representative to support our national partnership programs by driving local engagement at universities. This is a phone- and email-heavy role focused on outreach, follow-up, and lead qualification. You'll be the first point of contact for university groups that haven't yet hosted events, helping to activate existing partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Make 20+ outbound calls per hour to university contacts. Send follow-up emails and log all activity in Salesforce. Research and update contact information for target accounts. Persistently follow up until you connect with the right contact. Qualify interest and pass warm leads to the account manager for closing. Maintain accurate records and meet KPI goals based on call volume and connects. What We're Looking For: Self-starter with strong motivation and follow-through. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high-volume outreach. Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs. Proficient in Excel (sorting, data entry, pivot tables). Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. Thrives in a metrics-driven environment. Why This Role?
