Mechanical Assembler – Join a Team Building Big, Exciting Projects

We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers to help build high-quality metal hatches and panels used in major projects — including stadiums, theme parks, and large commercial facilities. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and want a long-term career with growth, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Assemble metal parts using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and other hand/power tools
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and tape-measure measurements
• Prep and hang panels for painting
• Install insulation and prepare parts for finishing
• Package completed assemblies for shipment
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed

What You Bring

• 6+ months of mechanical assembly or related experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using tape measures
• Mechanically inclined with hands-on tool experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Shifts Available

• 1st shift, 2nd shift options
• Weekend shift (Fri–Sun)
• Occasional overtime

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
