Human Services Supervisor, Community Corrections Division, Human Services Department
To provide leadership and supervision of employees while managing Human Services programs and services. This position is responsible for ensuring that business is performed in accordance with policies, procedures, and laws, and providing reports and statistical information regarding human services programs.
Salary Offered: $45.49 - $54.32 Hourly

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, corrections, social work, sociology, psychology, or related field and five years of progressively related professional experience; four of which must be in the Probation field Experience using Microsoft Office Applications Valid Minnesota Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment Reliable means of transportation to travel to multiple locations around Stearns County, some of which may not be accessible by public transportation.
