Implant Operator

As an Implant Operator, you will be involved in the meticulous assembly of implantable devices. This role requires precision work under a microscope for the majority of the workday, handling small parts with care. You will also be responsible for inspecting and testing products to ensure quality standards. Additionally, you will receive cross-training to operate press machines.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble implantable device subassemblies under a microscope.
• Handle and work with small parts efficiently.
• Inspect and test products to maintain high-quality standards.
• Cross-train to operate press machines as needed.

Essential Skills:

• 1 year of experience in medical assembly with microscope use.
• Proficiency in machine operation, injection molding, and trimming.
• Experience in cleanroom environments, medical molding, and medical devices.
• Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to use a microscope and operate hand tools.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to cross-train in other production areas.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a very clean medical environment, with assembly areas and some presses located in Class 7 and Class 8 Clean Rooms. The facility is a newer building with a nice break room, contributing to a pleasant work atmosphere.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.43/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
