Twin City Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist for a key short-term role in Arden Hills. This position supports critical billing and revenue operations during a planned leave of absence. Location: Arden Hills, MN

Wage: $26.00 – $29.00/hr.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Job type: Temporary

Assignment: March 16 – October 2

Duties of the Specialist:

• Support subscription-based billing and monthly invoicing
• Assist with account adjustments and payment processing
• Help with month-end reporting and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial and inventory records
• Manage multiple tasks following established processes
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams on billing needs

Requirements of the Specialist:

• 2–5 years of experience in billing, AR, or accounting
• Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong Excel skills (Lookups, Formulas, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with subscription or recurring billing models
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar systems
• Exposure to account reconciliations and basic accounting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication and collaborative mindset
