Engineering Logistics And Materials Analyst

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking an Engineering Logistics And Materials Analyst to join their team. As an Engineering Logistics And Materials Analyst, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting manufacturing and engineering activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

What's the Job?

  1. Safely and efficiently perform assigned processes to meet daily material handling and logistics activities.
  2. Accurately move materials to and from the stockroom floor to support manufacturing and engineering operations.
  3. Track, trace, and update the status of inbound and outbound shipments.
  4. Perform inventory control transactions including incoming receipts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
  5. Utilize SAP S4 HANA modules for Materials Management, Shipping and Receiving, and Warehouse Management to complete transactions and process flows per standard operating procedures.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds safely and effectively.
  • Experience with logistics account management with FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • Understanding of import/export classification and customs broker processes.
  • Proficiency in detailed documentation, filing, and artifact storage for compliance purposes.
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
