The pay range is $135,000.00 - $243,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Working within Guest Marketing Strategy, you will serve as a brand builder, business driver, and connector across the enterprise. You will partner across marketing, digital, loyalty, Roundel, merchandising, and enterprise teams to bring strategic objectives to life across the marketing and digital guest experience. As Director, Guest Marketing Strategy – Toys & Electronics, you will lead the Toys & Electronics Marketing strategy and idea-led planning for the guest experience, leveraging strong team leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to build the brand and grow the business. You'll deliver annual and quarterly guest marketing strategies, as well as monthly and weekly plans and investments, that align guest, business, and brand outcomes.
