Join our team in Grand Rapids, MN! Accessible Space is looking for caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals to make a difference every day. We have immediate Part Time hours available. Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth. Small location!! Paid Training!! Driver's License NOT required!! No experience necessary! As a DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, with activities of daily living, medication administration, personal cares, and meal preparation helping those individuals live independently and maintain a high quality of life.

Direct Support Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
• A demonstrated customer-service approach to work
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
• Ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider
• Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation
• Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements
