This position is responsible for promoting and supporting sales and implementation of cardiac 3D mapping devices in hospitals, clinics, and physicians' offices and achieving assigned revenue goals for all accounts in assigned territory. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing territory customers. Develop and maintain an understanding of EP products and competitive technologies. Provide engineering, sales, and technical support in response to field inquiries and customer requirements. Provide clinical support for cardiac electrophysiological procedures and related products, including cardiac ablation consultation and support. Provide procedural case coverage using EP technology and the Ensite mapping system where appropriate within the assigned accounts and region. Provide medical professionals with sales support, product training & education, clinical studies/data collection, new product in-service training, fellow's programs, and in-service and technical troubleshooting as needed to support assigned territory. Develop and adhere to actionable business plan. Perform required administrative sales duties, e.g., filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans. Ensure compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors. Interact with customers and assigned institutions, physicians and technicians, customer purchasing and administration. Interact with all levels of sales and sales management staff. Work with Excel, PowerPoint and other reporting programs to manage sales and territory data. Interpret and use sales data to manage territory and accounts effectively. Position requires work in various and unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S. Telecommunication is permissible.
