As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to perform daily mail and package sorting and deliver to various floors and POG rooms. Essential job responsibilities include shipping and receiving, delivering of both mail and packages to designated floors, prioritizing work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion. Sorting of daily mail, scanning of delivered packages for internal tracking purposes, delivering of paper to service centers as needed, maintaining a high level of safety awareness and promptly reporting potential hazards to supervisors, adhering to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information, performing other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution, engaging in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, ability to work at a computer for extended periods, capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties, close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately, experience with data entry is desirable, ability to engage in repetitive motion activities like twisting, bending.
