Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for a remote customer service representative preferable on Twin Cities, MN. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a remote customer service representative while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Perks:

• Pay: $19.00/hr

• Shift: Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 05:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Customer order management.

• Works with the export team, exporting orders outside the country.

• Experience with logistics, transportation, movement of goods through export process, export documentation.

• Proficiency in enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with data analysis and reporting

Required qualifications & experience:

• 2+ year of experience as customer service representative

• Preferably in the Twin Cities, MN

• Bachelor's degree or long time experience in the fields of business, life sciences, chemistry, or related.

Pay details: $19.00 per hour
