Egan Company is actively seeking a talented and motivated Controls Engineer to join our Process & Manufacturing Controls team in Champlin, Minnesota. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality automated control solutions to a diverse range of industrial clients across manufacturing, process, and related sectors. You will be responsible for designing, programming, implementing, and servicing sophisticated automated controls systems from concept through commissioning and ongoing support. Working closely with project teams and directly with clients, you will translate process requirements into reliable, efficient, and safe control architectures using PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, and related automation hardware and software. This position offers the opportunity to work on varied projects, troubleshoot complex systems in the field, optimize performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive client success and operational excellence. Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (subject to such factors as experience, education, and/or skill set) plus potential annual discretionary bonus.
