Perform service, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration systems
Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify HVAC/Refrigeration system issues and provide effective solutions
Communicate with customers to explain service needs, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction with completed work
Ensure all HVAC/Refrigeration systems are properly calibrated to manufacturer specifications
Replace faulty parts, components, or systems as required, following industry best practices
Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation
Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates to provide high-quality service
Check into customer systems and software, log hours and notes via mobile technology such as iPads, cell phone, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Degree/Diploma/Certification in HVAC/R
Universal EPA Certification
5-10 years of hands-on HVAC/R commercial service experience
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Current, valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles
Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems; skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to navigate iPads and mobile technology, or willingness to be trained upon hire
Ability to assume an on-call rotation schedule
PLT Licensed, or registered unlicensed PLT
Previous experience working with HVAC software or mobile apps
Strong customer service skills
CO2 refrigeration experience
Ability to carry and lift heavy equipment (up to 100 pounds)
Comfortability working in varied environments, i.e. commercial sites, outdoors, etc.
Ability to work in cramped spaces, on ladders, and in high or tight areas
