We are seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team at a large commercial skyscraper in downtown Minneapolis. This is a mid-shift Operating Engineer position with the potential to advance into a full-time Assistant Chief Engineer role. The position offers a 1st shift schedule with flexibility: 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Once hired, you will participate in a rotating on-call schedule with five other team members. The work environment is close-knit, with a strong emphasis on customer service as you will interact with multiple managers and high-level personnel in the main building during working hours. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are crucial. You will receive a badge and building access during your first week.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
