Audit And Assurance Specialist

In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor's report that includes the auditor's opinion.

The Opportunity

As part of the Assurance Operations team, you shall provide execution-focused operational support for a large assurance engagement. As a Specialist, you shall deliver specialized technical know-how, handling intricate tasks and conducting thorough analyzes to support specific projects, maintaining accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for assurance engagements

- Execute defined billing and collections processes

- Conduct thorough analyzes to confirm compliance with procedures

- Offer administrative and coordination assistance for project management activities

- Utilize firm systems to accomplish assigned tasks

- Maintain accuracy in every deliverable

- Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes

- Adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 1 year of experience supporting finance, billing, and/or operational processes in a professional services environment

What Sets You Apart

- Hands-on experience with billing processes in S/4HANA preferred

- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

- Familiarity with workflow or data preparation tools

- Leveraging AI-enabled tools for efficiency

- Experience with structured processes and tight deadlines

- Demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy

- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

The salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $69,160. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
