Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves resolving tickets, supporting Oracle queue clean-up, and providing support to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will provide timely escalations to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures and processes.
Responsibilities
Resolve tickets efficiently and effectively.
Support Oracle/ServiceNow queue clean-up.
Provide support to internal and external customers.
Escalate issues requiring second-level support to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Offer training and guidance on accounts payable procedures and processes.
Utilize metrics to enhance training and improve customer satisfaction.
Work Environment
This position is part of the Accounts Payable Support team, consisting of 8 individuals. The role requires a focus on ticket resolution, supplier setups, and vendor support. The team handles approximately 2,500-3,000 invoice requests per month through ServiceNow. Three in-office days that are flexible, although training will require office presence from Tuesday to Thursday. The ability to work efficiently from home is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
