We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers to help build and evolve the core communication and automation systems powering the M&S Contact Centre. You will work on telephony integration, voice/IVR automation, NLP/intent workflows, and backend microservices that directly support ~500 customer service agents.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Java/Kotlin, hands-on expertise with Twilio/communication APIs, and exposure to Google CCAI or customer service platforms. Location: Remote / India Open Roles: 2 Positions Experience: 6–12+ Years
