EMEA Senior Partner Marketing Manager
The EMEA Partner Marketing Leader is responsible for leading our partner marketing strategy across EMEA. The role works cross-functionally as a business partner with the regional marketing, partner marketing, channel, and sales team across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner marketing-related topics in the region, driving the partner marketing strategy effectively.
- Work closely with the global partner marketing team to regionalize their materials, ensuring relevance and alignment with local market needs.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure that partner marketing is seamlessly integrated into their overall marketing strategies.
- Engage with our top-performing resellers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the EMEA region to provide support and resources that drive their growth.
- Engage with distribution, TAP, and AWS teams to develop and execute a cohesive and winning marketing strategy.
- Oversee Mimecast-led partner marketing initiatives and events across the region.
- Ensure proper tracking of partner marketing return on investment in accordance with company guidelines.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing (B2B Marketing, Channel Marketing, Communications)
- Proven track record of building and delivering partner-generated pipeline
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Experience working across the EMEA region.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and unify efforts across teams
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the IT Channel and cybersecurity marketplace
The base salary range for this position is £72,000 to £108,000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
