IT Field Service Agent

In this role, you will ensure that our on-site users are equipped with the appropriate hardware and can operate smoothly. You will take on diverse tasks related to the provision, maintenance, and optimization of IT devices and processes.

• You configure and install hardware such as notebooks, mobile phones, and printers at our locations.
• At our locations, you ensure the smooth operation and security of the assigned systems and services.
• You are the first point of contact for technical inquiries on-site and resolve incidents within the framework of our SLAs.
• If necessary, you exchange hardware and replace old devices as part of the hardware lifecycle.
• You support the optimization of processes and occasionally take on tasks in IT first-level support.

The position includes a travel activity of approx. 20%.

You have a background in IT training. Alternatively, you are a lateral entrant with a strong IT affinity.

In your work, you enjoy communicating with other people and competently supporting users with their inquiries.

You work in a structured and very self-reliant manner when solving tasks.

You are motivated and also a hundred percent team player.

You have fluent German language skills in speech and writing as well as a secure understanding of the English language.
