- Lead all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and company operations at Milk Moovement to drive financial strategy and operational excellence
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and capital allocation
- Provide insights to executive leadership and the board of directors through financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments to align financial and operational objectives and drive strategic initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day company operations to drive operational efficiency and scalability across the organization
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced finance and operations professional with a background in high-growth startups, ideally in the SaaS/software industry
- Strong financial management skills and a track record of overseeing company operations to drive efficiency and scalability
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align financial and operational objectives and drive strategic initiatives
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and leading a team towards sustainable growth
- Prior exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, with a commitment to enhancing organizational efficiency and growth
