Job Overview

Ideal candidates will have a strong desire for investigating and correcting issues and ensuring strong client loyalty and high satisfaction. The Support Specialist position performs alert-based investigations and uses monitoring tools to provide system telemetry data. The troubleshooting process is completed by following steps outlined in team process documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of helpdesk experience - handling walk-up support
  • Demonstrate technical skills to troubleshoot common computer and phone issues
  • Operations support experience following procedures, ticketing systems, and monitoring inbox
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal, written communication, and superior written/oral communication skills
  • Highly motivated & self-starting individual contributor
  • Ability to perform well in a team environment
  • Operations Support experience following procedures and monitoring inbox and help desks
  • Troubleshooting fundamentals: logic, flow & reasoning
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to type 60 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth working knowledge and troubleshooting ability
  • Windows Operating System Certification (MCSE 2003 or MCITP preferred)
  • ITIL Fundamentals Certification

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
