Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand and warranty standards
  • Schedule, manage, and coordinate service appointments and repair estimates
  • Communicate recommended services clearly and professionally
  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns with urgency and care

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience required (luxury brand experience a plus)
  • High dedication to customer service
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, functions, and service operations
  • Proficiency with MS Office, dealership software, internet tools
