Summary: The Fleet Sales Representative is responsible for developing relationships and acquiring leads outside the dealership to support our organizational goals. Business-to-business sales experience required.

Essential duties:

• Call on prospective customers and accounts within assigned territory
• Inside sales- making phone calls, following up with leads, taking walk-ins
• Develop referral sources
• Outside sales calls to prospective customers
• Always learning new product knowledge related to industry equipment technology
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision
• Attend all sales and sales training meetings

Qualifications for Fleet Sales Representative: valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations, motivated with an outgoing personality, heavy duty truck industry knowledge, business-to-business sales experience with closing skills, relationship building experience, highly detailed oriented, ability to function effectively in a fast-paced customer focused environment. Experience in a commission or bonus based environment preferred - exhibit commitment to high level of customer service, initiative, and ability to work in a team. Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills.
