About Your Workplace

Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to successful rollouts and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow CSM system;
  • Collaborate across global/local IT teams and vendors during Service Now implementation activities;
  • Support end-users by troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating tickets as needed;
  • Support design and optimize record producers, self-service portals, and automation rules to enhance user experience;
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and user training activities;
  • Understand business processes, challenge the current way of working with new capabilities, gather requirements and translate business demands into actionable ServiceNow solutions;
  • Support change management efforts and communicate updates related to ServiceNow usage.

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM or similar ticketing systems;
  • Practical involvement in IT or business project implementation/delivery;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in an agile environment;
  • Strong user-oriented mindset;
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments;
  • Nice to have: experience in project coordination is a strong asset and bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
