The Role:

• Global Leadership Responsibility: You will take the functional leadership of all employees in the business units (BUs) and central functions, who are responsible for the development quality and the processing of field complaints.

• Team Building and Direct Leadership: You will lead a newly definable team in the central office and develop it into a strong competence center for quality.

• Organizational Development: You will actively work on the conception and implementation of a future-proof organizational structure and workflow for the central quality management.

• Interface Management: You will define and coordinate the interfaces between the BUs and central functions to ensure smooth cooperation and clear responsibilities.

• Structural Responsibility: You will consistently implement the target structure and ensure its sustainable anchoring in the organization.

• Policy Competence: You will be responsible for the worldwide, location-independent policy competence in the areas of processes, methods and tools – and continuously develop them.

Qualifications:

• Technical Education: You have a completed degree in a technical field – e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable.

• Experience in Development or Project Management: You know the challenges of technical development processes or complex projects from first hand.

• Quality Management Expertise: You bring in-depth and comprehensive experience in quality management – ideally in an international environment.

• Leadership Skills: You have already led teams and understand how to motivate, develop, and achieve ambitious goals together.

• Implementation Strength: You think strategically, act pragmatically and consistently bring things to a successful conclusion.

• Language Proficiency: You communicate confidently in English – both written and spoken – and move confidently in a global work environment.
