Customer Service Specialist With Italian

Job Title

Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.

Your responsibilities:

• accepting and processing home appliance orders from our business partners; checking the ability to deliver, possibly offering alternative solutions;
• clarifying customer complaints even in the event of an escalation;
• entry and release of credit notes and returns according to specifications;
• processing general administrative tasks of the department; active participation in implementation of improvements;
• potentially supporting other markets.

Our requirements:

• min. B2 level of Italian language and communicative level of English;
• relevant work experience in customer service as an advantage;
• relevant work experience in SAP as an advantage;
• team player able to work in cross cultural team; flexibility in adaptation to fast changing working environment;
• ability to build relationships with business partners and customers;
• attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
