No cold calling – all appointments are preset. Run 2–3 in-home appointments per day. Average earnings: $150K–$160K. Top 25% earn $200K+. Company iPad with proposal software provided.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home consultations
• Present and sell decks, fencing, windows, siding, and roofing
• Use proven tools and systems to close deals

What You Need:

• 1–2 years of in-home sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• A professional appearance and go-getter mindset
