✨ About The Role
- The Revenue Operations leader will be responsible for leading the Revenue Operations team, which includes Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
- This role involves operationalizing the revenue team through pipeline management, bookings and revenue forecasting, and target setting.
- The candidate will design and implement commission strategies and quota plans in partnership with Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure full-funnel efficiency will be a key responsibility.
- The role requires close collaboration with Leadership on the enablement strategy for the go-to-market team, including onboarding sellers and product updates.

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in revenue operations or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a management position.
- A strong analytical mindset is essential, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets to influence go-to-market strategies.
- Experience in a growth-stage B2B SaaS company that has scaled significantly is highly desirable.
- The candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation, territory, and capacity models is crucial for success in this role.
