AI Security, Solution Engineer (Global Black Belt)
As an AI Security, Solution Engineer (Global Black Belt), you will act as a technical pathfinder and trusted advisor, helping customers realize the value of Microsoft’s AI Security solutions. You will lead technical engagements, shape strategic deals, and influence product direction by bringing the voice of the customer into Microsoft’s engineering and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
You will lead the end-to-end security transformation of our customers’ AI journeys—from access management and data protection to posture management and securing AI-powered workloads and agents. Your work will be instrumental in enabling secure AI adoption by demonstrating how Microsoft’s security solutions protect every layer of the AI stack: data, models, applications, and infrastructure.
Success in this role requires deep knowledge not only of Microsoft’s comprehensive security portfolio, but also of Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Services. You will be expected to guide customers through the secure deployment of first-party AI solutions and third-party GenAI/agentic applications. This includes the ability to orchestrate, customize, and operationalize secure AI agents using enterprise-grade tools and frameworks—ensuring trust, compliance, and resilience at scale.
You will collaborate closely with engineering, field, and partner teams to shape customer strategy, accelerate adoption, and influence product direction through real-world insights.
