Senior Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to support our 1st party global Digital Direct Sales (DDS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Operating Expenses (OPEX) across the Digital Direct Sales organization, including our physical Microsoft Experience Centers. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment by partnering with corporate accounting, HR, and business stakeholders. This role plays a critical role in ensuring cost discipline and enabling executive decision-making through rigorous forecasting, budget stewardship, and operational governance.
The Digital Direct Sales (DDS) team engages with consumers globally throughout their shopping journeys, navigating across Microsoft’s digital storefronts as the consumer and VSBs most trusted online destination for the full range of Microsoft products and solutions, within Gaming, Windows, M365 and Surface.
