Technical Sales Professional

At Microsoft Japan, we are looking for a Technical Sales Professional to help our customers modernize their endpoints through solutions such as Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

In this role, you will engage customers in strategic discussions about the future of endpoint experiences, proposing ideal solutions that go beyond improving existing workstyles. You'll identify entirely new use cases and help drive broader adoption of modern endpoints within customer organizations.

We are especially interested in individuals who bring:

  • Strong industry knowledge and experience in VDI/DaaS solution selling
  • The ability to drive Zero Trust initiatives using Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
  • A Challenger Sales mindset—motivated to uncover unmet needs and deliver impactful proposals
