The Cloud & AI Solution Engineering team is hiring experienced Cloud & AI Apps Solution Engineers who lead AI Apps and Agents, the integration with Apps and Data for AI applications who demand more than intelligence, Software Developer Experience and Productivity with Agentic DevOps thus enabling streamlined AI powered development and management of app end to end.

As a Cloud & AI Apps Solution Engineer you will lead, serve and guide the technical sales process and decisions in the customers. This opportunity will allow you to be on the frontier of the Apps customer business transformation in Caribbean region that accelerate your career growth, develop deep business acumen on practical cases of Apps Modernization and Apps cycle end to end to enable and accelerate business customer outcomes, under an environment of flexible work opportunity and state whether someone can work from home partially or fully.

Your role as a Cloud & AI Apps Solution Engineer is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use Azure technology. The SE is expected to be able to both own and win customers’ technical decisions, as well as find new opportunities through their contacts and engagements for sales specialists to pursue. As an SE, you work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our Cloud & AI Apps solutions, and win the technical decision, allowing the team to achieve/exceed quarterly sales targets in your accounts. Being part of this team will allow you to maintain and develop your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based technologies.
