As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute to the development of our next-generation scheduling platform, integrating deeply with substrate APIs, Copilot experiences, and other Outlook services. You’ll help deliver modern and intelligent Microsoft Calendar experiences across Monarch and Teams, accelerating innovation and creating a funnel for premium value through Places and Copilot.
This role offers the opportunity to work on critical backend services that support millions of users daily, while also shaping the future of hybrid work through AI-powered scheduling, asynchronous collaboration, and location-aware coordination.
