Our investments emphasize security, compliance, and privacy, leverage cutting-edge Azure technologies, and modernize IT Admin capabilities with world-class UX and microservices. We deliver end-to-end experiences for managing Microsoft 365 Apps: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Outlook. Supporting high-value, customer-facing scenarios to empower the IT Admin with update management and policy management for modern serviceability.
Design and implementation emphasize understanding customer experience, driving improvements using telemetry and customer feedback, and collaborating with team members and engineering groups across Microsoft to build full-stack applications and services using the latest technologies in a dynamic, agile environment.
