Software Engineer I
Microsoft has an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer I in the Cloud+AI Azure SQL team. As part of a core product engineering group, you will develop features, improvements, enhancements, and bugfixes within Azure SQL products which are used by Microsoft’s worldwide customer base like Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machine, Azure Arc enabled SQL Server, and Azure Database Migration Service. As a member of the Azure SQL team, you will also be responsible for deploying and operating Azure SQL services within an air-gapped environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with engineers who enable a broad set of Azure services to be consumed by internal and external customers in highly secured and regulated industries. The systems and software you build will be required to meet the security policy and assurance requirements of both public and private sector customers.
