We’re seeking a forward-thinking, AI-proficient Software Engineer to design, deliver, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly usable UX applications. You’ll apply UX and software development best practices, use multiple UX component libraries, best of breed tooling, and – above all else – teamwork and collaboration to deliver applications that help our users monitor, detect, and auto-remediate fraud and risk across Microsoft. Your AI-proficiency will enable you to iterate quickly, prototype new ideas, and make large changes across codebases by guiding CoPilot and reviewing its output. You’ll optimize our applications, review and design mocks, and keep a forward-thinking mindset when encountering new problems in our space. You’ll take pride in code quality, test and process automation, and staying on the forefront of UX frameworks and infrastructure to deliver the best value to our customers and the company.
We are the Central Fraud and Abuse Risk (CFAR) organization’s UX team, powered by innovation and risk intelligence, protecting Microsoft and its customers from fraud and risk abuse daily.
