Azure Compute Team Software Engineer
The Azure Compute team is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join the Virtual Machine Scale Set (VMSS) platform team. This team is responsible for building and evolving the foundational infrastructure that powers Azure’s scalable compute services. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the development of systems that support customers in deploying, managing, and scaling thousands of virtual machines with high availability and performance.
As a Senior Software Engineer for Azure Compute, you will work on mission-critical systems that require a deep understanding of distributed computing, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that improve scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact the experience of customers running large-scale workloads on Azure.
