AI-powered experiences like Copilot, incubate new product capabilities, and drive partner-led scale. We are seeking a skilled and visionary Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of AI-powered multi-agent systems. You will architect intelligent, secure, and scalable agent-based platforms that integrate deeply with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and the Microsoft Graph ecosystem. This role is foundational to our AI transformation journey and will shape the future of agentic architecture at Microsoft and extensibility to our partner ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to build scalable, secure, and compliant agentic systems that extend the reach of Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll define the technical foundation for partner extensibility and ensure the architecture supports rapid innovation and enterprise-grade performance.
