We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Human Resources Business Partner to help shape the future of Microsoft’s Commercial Business—an organization that spans 60,000+ employees across 100+ countries.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite, while being part of a vibrant, collaborative environment.
As a strategic HR leader, you’ll drive high-impact initiatives that bring together engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and finance to fuel our product strategy, go-to-market readiness, and sales excellence. You’ll lead critical workstreams that evolve our sales operating model and deliver value to our customers and partners.

- Champion and implement key HR programs across the Commercial Business.
- Lead change management efforts and consult on strategic initiatives.
