We’re seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is eager to shape the future of work through strategic collaboration with Engineering and Product leaders. This role is pivotal in driving organizational transformation for the AI era.
As a key member of the HRBP team supporting the Office Product Group (OPG)—part of Microsoft’s Experiences & Devices division—you’ll lead the people strategy for Engineering and Product teams responsible for building the iconic Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and M365 Co-Pilot. Your impact will help evolve the organization, foster innovation, and empower teams to deliver world-class productivity and collaboration solutions.
